Brentwood 3s are a team on an upward trajectory having been promoted from Division 5 last season and smashing Southend 2s last week.
Our team matched them tackle for tackle and passed the ball with equal finesse and accuracy but conceded 2 goals in the first 20 minutes.
This spurred us into full relentless mosquito mode and we converted the second penalty corner we were awarded with Amelia finding the net.
We then dominated the second half and in a classic Ladies 3 move involving too many people to mention, Chloe scored.
2-2 was a fair reflection of the way both teams played and the draw was a testament to our resilience.
We were delighted to welcome George Beetar back after a few seasons away from the game with no indication that there had never been a break.
This team's positivity and enthusiasm continue to be the driving force behind its success.
